Stop Water effects in high altitude

Hello,

im using DX10 with Steves Fixer, latest Version.

I thinks it works Perfect für me,

but i always can see waves on Rivers and Seas. Also in 10000 meters alt.

thats not realistic, so i think.

is there a chance to kill the waves only in high level flight (above 2000 meters?)
