My Asus motherboard has only pci express 2.0 and IU have a GTX 570. Does it make any sense to upgrade to a GTX 760 which is pci express 3.0. Will I see any improvement?

I's not so much about PCIe 2.0 vs 3.0 but whether you are GPU limited or not. What resolution and antialiasing are you running or want to run?
