PMDG 777 crew simulation and other bits

As most of you are aware, we added support for PMDG 777 recently.

Following that release a couple of issues have been raised and addressed since.

-          Emergency lights not switching properly

-          Eicas / Recall press also brought the EICAS Status page which wasn’t necessary

-          The manual for various flows has been updated.

Also fixed a couple of Level-D 767 switches not operating as expected.

There are minor tweaks to RC4 interfacing.
