Virtual Dispatch won't connect to FSX

I have recently been doing more IFR work and I wanted to practice short haul cargo routes similar to Fedex feeders.  Virtual Dispatch seemed to be more than adequate for what I was doing but I couldn't get it to connect w/ FSX.  (I have a paid version of FSUIPC if that's necessary)  I went into settings but I couldn't divine how to make it hook up.  My AccuFeel and RealWX_Lite don't have a problem connecting.

 

I went to the website looking for a forum or a help Wiki but it was no longer on line.  Any suggestions?
