Best solution for 430/530 & custom panel layouts?

Hey all,

I'm a user of the RealityXP stuff on the FSX side, and while it could be the best thing out there, it seems to be dead in the water. 

So... I'm looking for a solution for XP to do two things:

1) Create a panel to mimic the various RW aircraft I fly, but primarily a DA40 (steam w/ 430/530)

2) Incorporate a GNS430/530 combo that I can update.  (430/530 needs to operate as close to real units as possible, e.g. include VNAV capabilities.)

3) Bonus thing! I would also like a properly working KAP 140.

I've looked at SimAvio and while the theory seems good, it seems tough to actually create a custom panel without spending a lot more money.

I don't need a 3d cockpit, though I wish that XP supported multiple monitors out of the box...
