Level D 767 with winglet update

Any gotten this to work in P3d 2.3 or 4? The lvl d base pack works, but once I update it to include the winglet model, it crashes the sim

Any word on this?  I've tried reinstalling and still can't get LVLD to work in P3D with the winglet update.
