[Feature Request] Minimizing during Database Rebuild

Hi,

 

would it be possible to minimize SimLauncherX during Database Building/Rebuilding? It takes quite some time and prevents doing some useful work in between. At present this seems to be impossible.

Hi Michael,

 

It's a bit of a problem: I need to make sure that the quick access toolbar buttons are not touched  and the window is not closed during database creation and that's why the 'busy indicator' covers the whole window. You can however click on the taskbar icon to show and hide the main window. Let me know if I misunderstood your question.

Hi,

 

clicking on the Windows Taskbar at the bottom of the screen (with the right mouse buttom) there is only a selection between (from above) SimLanucherX, Stick this Program to Taskbar and Close, but no Show/Hide. The main program window is (as I understand intentional) completely unfunctional during database rebuild. 

 

Actually it's not a big deal, though. I don't rebuild the database every day and can shift the program window to one side.

Hi Michael,

 

I meant left clicking on the taskbar icon, not right clicking; Shift-right click and Windows key + Down Arrow will also work.
