Taxiway Surface Not Rendering - ADE 1.6 Adjustment Doesn't Work

I have two airports, Catalina Island and KCRE, where the taxiway surfaces do not render.  I have used ADE 1.6 to check that the taxiway links are set to "true" and they are.  Yet, the surface textures will not render.  I am using P3D V2.4 and have no issues with other airports and have been able to cause the taxiway surfaces to render in those airports that I have found where the taxiway links was set to "false".  

 

Anyoneelse have this issue with the two airports, and, if so, have you been able to fix it.?
