Ok this is for Pete,

 

Pete been fiddling around did the following,

 

Removed AS Dublin from pc via control panel, went through the registry looking for any entry related to that product and deleted the key..

 

Created a new Cfg for fsx installed AS Dublin...now have no shimmering, sparkling effect on the ground!!

 

Just bad black squares around the lights which was there before....

 

Anisotropic is controlled by NI
