I've got a question to the startup screen of P3Dv2 when using SLX. Normaly I use this start screen when launching P3Dv2.

On my tests with SLX I have experienced the following problem:
I did not choose a specific aircraft, airport, weather or time within SLX. I only wanted to start P3Dv2 from SLX. But it seems like SLX removes the native P3Dv2 startup screen when starting P3Dv2 from SLX. If I start P3Dv2 without SLX the startup screen comes back.

Up to now I haven't changed very much of the settings in SLX. So is it possible to use the P3Dv2 startup screen when starting the sim from SLX? Or did I miss something?

Hi Patric,

 

I disable the Prepar3D scenario screen in the prepar3d.cfg file when launching Prepar3D from SLX. After Prepar3D has started, the scenario screen setting is restored. Everything you can do in the Prepar3D scenario screen, you can do in SLX as well. I see no use for the Prepar3D scenario screen when using SLX.
