Which PSS Airbus should I get?

Featured Replies

I want to take advantage of PSS's sale and get an Airbus and learn about them. However, I don't know which of the three offerings would be the best one to get, i.e., the A319, 320 and 321 series, the A330, or the A340. Can anyone give me some advice? Thanks. Robert

Definatly the A330 or A3340 because they have been designed for FS2004. The A320 is an update FS2002 product.

Or....the A319/A320/A321 series and merge them with the iFDG model and dynamics. Really good.

Jeff, what a lot of people do is buy the PSS Airbus Pro package for the panel, and then "merge" it with the iFDG airbus series. The merge for the a319 and a321 is pretty simple, in fact you can just copy the panel folder from your PSS a319 aircraft folder to your iFDG aircraft folder and it'll work fine. It just points to the PSS panel folder. The merge for the a320 is a little trickier but if you do a search there are solutions here on the boards. The thought is that the PSS panel is the best available and the iFDG model and dynamics are the best available so you end up with the best airbus. And you don't have to pay for repaints. Let us know how it works for you!billg
