Ok i just set my monitor to 144hz 

 

Added the 2 entry's to FSX CFG under the display section 
ForceFullScreenVSync=True
ForceVSync=True

 

also set FSX fps to unlimited 

 

and nvidia inspector like this -

 

 

 

 

But with track ir on i get some jitterys is not terrible but its annoying. anyone use the same setup with track ir that can help me smooth it out even more...
