Memory usage

I was flying the Eaglesoft CX when I got a message that I had run out of memory and FS shut down. To make matters worse I was on final at 500 ft., after a long flight. I have 1gig of ram which is more than enough. The only things running where active sky and FSAutostart. When running FS I'm usually using about 720megs when I checked now I running about 1.5 gig!
