Hi, just wanted your opinion on the must have software for FSX, I've used FS9 for a decade so I know AS, UT, GE, etc. THX

I tried a little experiment today, I tried using windows 7 speech recognition with FS9. I was pleasantly surprised, all the pull down menus worked, all the keyboard commands worked and all the options on the main screen can be selected by voice. Give it a try. Dave F.

I'm using Win 7 and I keep getting the dreaded 103 error when I try to use the PIA Installer. Has anybody found a fix to this? One more thing, I remember a site full of AI GA airplanes, does anybody remember the name?Thanks David F.

After I've installed all 4 discs, when I try to run fs9 this window pop's up "Please insert disk 4 and restart the application" Any ideas?Dave F.I've searched for the fs9.cfg but couldn't find it.never mind I fixed it

All I can say is that this sucks!!!! At least I have a kick*** FS9 with every addon you could think of. I'll be getting a new system soon so I can run FSX and FS9 will run at light speed. So I've got enough to keep me happy until the next generation of flightsim emerges. I have faith that someonre will fill the void left by MS and develop new software.Dave F.

I've just reinstalled XP on my C: DRIVE, FS9 is installed on my F; drive. Using Regedit how do go about getting FS9 into my registry?Dave F.

Hi Adam, I've just had the same thing happen to me as I was slewing. I just got a straight CTD, no OOM warning. I too, suspect it was AI, it was 7am with 100% traffic, nearly every gate occupied.Dave

Try disabling AES and see if it makes a differance, you can also try reducing your AI traffic settings. Dave
