VPatch error when starting P3D

Since yesterday, when I installed a couple of addons, I get a VPatch error message when starting P3D saying that I dont have the the right Patch. When I uninstall Migration tool the message is gone. I downloaded the latest version from the website (which was the same as I already had), but this didnt change anything.

 

Does anyone know how to fix this?
