November 11, 201411 yr How can I do ?Log In>Click Tickets>Click Start Ticket>Click Select Choose One>Highlight License Reactivations>Tell them Your Problem>Click Start Ticket. You made need to create a new User ID and Password as support does not use the same ID and Password as the PMDG Shop does. Michael Cubine
