How Do I Install Simflyer's Weather Radar Into the Citation X?

Featured Replies

Asking this here because simflyer's support forum is dead as a doorknob. Bought their weatherradar and am trying to add this new gauge into Eaglesoft's Citation X. Simflyer's instructions are as follows:SETUP PROCEDURE:1.) YOU MUST PLACE THE WINDOW "TITLE TAGS" BELOW IN YOUR PANEL.CFG FILE FOR THE AIRCRAFT YOU WISH TO ADD THIS UNIT TO. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE WINDOW TITLES ADDED TO THE WINDOW TITLES SECTION. (see below) 2.) YOU MUST COPY AND PASTE THE "GPS AND WX RADAR WINDOW TAGS" BELOW EXACTLY "AS IS" IN YOUR PANEL.CFG FILE OR THE GAUGE WILL NOT FUNCTION CORRECTLY!(see below)3.) YOU MUST COPY THE FILE "SIMFLYER_MFD_WXR-bg.BMP" TO EACH PANEL FOLDER YOU WANT TO USE THE UNIT IN. * NOTE: The installer places the "SIMFLYER_MFD_WXR-bg.BMP" image in the SimFlyer folder which is located in the root of your FS9 folder. Example: c:Program FilesMicrosoft GamesFlight Simulator9SimFlyer4.) YOU MUST READ THE USER MANUAL BEFORE USING THE UNIT OR POSTING QUESTIONS ON OUR SUPPORT FORUM.5.)
