Displaying I-PKN Back Course Feather at Aspen KASE

I know very little about scenery design, but just installed the ADE program and if possible, would like to use it to fix the depiction of a LOC back course ( I-PKN) at KASE (Aspen). I-PKN is a special back course ONLY (there is no front course) nav aid which is used just for missed approaches and departures.  I have managed to use ADE to define the correct heading for the LOC (the back course was incorrectly set up as a front course in the FSX database), but on map displays it is the non-existent front course green feather that is depicted. Can I use ADE, or some other program, so only a back course green feather shows up on map displays for I-PKN?

Before I realized that nav aids are a scenery issue, I posted a similar question on the MS FSX forum but have not received any responses.
