Force/assign SFX to 1 screen

Hi guys,

Im running Windows 7 (64bit) with FSX and a AMD Radeon 7800 series card.

SweetFX works great on my machine so far and I set it up to give the best effect in the Dash 8 flight deck. What I want to do is running my MFD on my iPad so that it is a bit bigger. With ENB it simply won't work as ENB crashes as soon as I drag the MFD to the iPad screen.

With SweetFX I get a frame drop from 30 to 4 fps.

Is there any solution to this problem, like forcing SweetFX to only run on my main screen and ignore the iPad?
