Elevators problem after startup and taxing to takeoff

In my MD11 and from cold and dark, after finishing the flight preparation and starting up, pushing back to began the taxi, before the TAXI i opened the CONFIG page and check the flight controls, full left------->full right neutral, and here is the problem, in the full up and full down checking only small part (the most right part of the right elevator) only is going up and down. Not the complete two elevators perform that check.

So the elevators not work probably during all the flight, its only the most right part of the elevator is work, the rest of it and the left elevator are not work.

Any ideas !!!!!

Are your hydraulics on?

Yes, and the EICAS status screen not showing any yellow lines except CG DISAG.

The hydrulics are on.
