Use the Operations Center to view the pdf files. You can find them under the documentation tab in the 737NGX section.

 

Or you can find them under the PMDG Simulations/PMDG 737NGX section of the Windows start menu.

 

Or you can find them in your C:/FSX/PMDG/737NGX/Flight Manuals folder.
