Manila scenery problem

Hi. My problem is with RPLL scenery I downloaded from avsim (http://library.avsim.net/download.php?DLID=163772). When I try to open the flight planner, FS2004 crashes. It only happens with the RPLL scenery and other sceneries in the file I downloaded. Is there any way to fix this?
