FSCaptain Release V1.6

Featured Replies

Systems Unlimited announced the release of another major update to FSCaptain -- release 1.6 for FSX, Prepar3d version 2, and FS2004.

The highlight of the latest version is a new prototype Economic Mode that allows FSCaptain to be configured so that the profits or losses from flight operations can be tracked realistically.  This is a component in the ongoing development of a new product from the FSCaptain team that will realistically simulate a complete set of airline financial operations.   (The new product will interface with FSCaptain, but not require it.)

Full built-in interface support for many more popular add-on aircraft is included in release 1.6.

This new release also contains new features to make the product easier to use, and continues the march of FSCaptain towards a total package that enhances the Microsoft/Lockheed Martin flight simulator franchise to more completely include all elements of the modern aviation environment.  With FSCaptain, simulator pilots can have a taste of the challenges of flying in the real world – for an employer with policies and a dispatch office, flying passengers and cargo with professionalism and safety while meeting tight time schedules.

FSCaptain has always been available in a fully functional and time unlimited trial mode. (Limited only by the airports available as a departure point for flights - KSEA, KPDX and KOLM.)  It can be downloaded from the FSCaptain website.

Visit the FSCaptain website for more detailed information .
