ERROR 1606

Hi Guys,

I wanted to do an fresh installation of FSX. Well now I am stuck for hours with this Error message from FSX  " Error 1606. Could not access network location \."

I tryed every d*** "fix" on the internet, but my problem is still there, after 4 hours of trying.

Does anybody have a clue, what else I could try apart from the 1000 different kind of  "fixes" in the Internet, which dont seem to work on my system?
