Hi, can someone help me with what this means - 0150 R18/0700D

 

am i right in thinking its runway R18 and vis decreasing 700m?

 

but what does 0150 mean...

The "0150" refers to overall visibility. R18/0700D refers to touchdown zone visibility.

This was the reported VIS and it was NC 1 hr before or after ETA.

 

So i still dispatched the flight aslong as i had two alternates above minima.

 

Had to go-around at 1690 DA, and divert to my alternate. Still landed with my FINAL RESERVE plus 150kg of my alternate pheww no pan call or MAYDAY
