Undocked displays

Featured Replies

I wonder if anyone has a solution to the following i've searched everywhere and cant seem to find an answer.

I'm currently using the 777 on a 4 monitor setup. FSX is in windowed mode.

I have undocked and moved the PFD ND etc and FSX saves the position and sizes.

The problem i have is that when the displays come alive they are only displaying in the top left portion of the undocked window and not the whole window.

If i then click the border of the undocked window it fills the undocked window.

Is there an entry in the panel.cfg that needs changing?

Anyone building a cockpit found the same?

Me too, I've had this problem for so long I don't pay attention any more, it happens with all Aircraft.I Load up a saved flight from cold and dark and whilst it is loading the scenery I move the displays a mm and when I put the power on they display as they should. It would be interesting to find out why though.

Hi Paul,

I dont think i even have to move the displays. Just clicking on the border seems to do the trick.

It's not the end of the world but it would be nice to know if if can be fixed.

I did see on Flightdecksolutions site that they were aware of the issue and it was being investigated but no new info and i'm not on their forums.

Was hoping there were some pit builders on here who may know.
