Scenery Tile Corruption at OMDB

After installing FlyTampa OMDB 2.3, I observed some strange corruption of the default scenery tiles. Strangely, the problem persists now after uninstalling the product. Any ideas as to what may be causing this?

EDIT: This was caused by FTX Global landclass lookup BGL script (Scenery\BASE\Scenery\lclookup.bgl). Just had to disable FTX when flying in this region.
