Graphics Card or CPU for FSX?

Featured Replies

G'day guys,

My first time posting a comment so forgive me if this question has been done to death!

I am a full size pilot in my spare time so I use FSX to help keep me current when I can't get down to the field.

I had the following system built for maximum performance and graphics but am finding that although the result is phenomenal on games like crisis 2. I am experiencing some minor screen tearing and 22-27 fps rates on FSX.

Can someone possibly advise me on whether I should be beefing up my CPU or graphics card?

Appreciate the help!
