Well, the good news is that I bought it and it does install and run on Win98. I didn't have to install GDI+ either.As for the program itself, it is indeed superb. I cannot recommend it too highly. And I just love the innovative "twirly" interface. Used in combination with FSMeteo it brings a whole new dimension to flying. A quality product. Looks like I'll have to be dragged screaming from this cockpit :-)Thanks to all who contributed.Pat
