 when you first  installed it  did you say yes  to install the gauges etc  that would have popped up  and you would have to  says yes  before  fsx  runs if you don't  say yes or  no  fsx  just waits  to to decide yes or no.  The pop up might have been hidden behind your fsx splash screen but the icon would have been in your task bar at the bottom

Did not see that pete,what I did was that i loaded a deafault plane when start up,then loadet the 737 and now it Works fine
