January 7, 201511 yr Have you looked at any other potential causes? I have a 760GTX 2GB and using the latest driver with no problem. I've often found that stutters are caused by excess HD activity, press start > search > type 'resource monitor' and run it. Once open, click Disk or CPU to check your systems usage for potential clues. Disk usage should normally be completely absent without any programs running. Lawrence Ashworth
