Can someone provide the precise (in mm) measurements (length, width an hight) of the levers (without the knobs) of the CH Throttle levers?

The length should be the amount of lever sticking uit of the housing.

 

And I would also like to know the exact distance between the levers in mm. 

 

I sure hope someone can help me out here.
