How to make a FSX video with PMDG 777

Hi,

 I really want to make a PMDG 777 music video. I already have the professional editing software that I need to edit the video. Now all I need to do is figure out HOW to MAKE the video. I recently downloaded FS Recorder. I was looking into the settings on FS Recorder and it is VERY confusing. I tried looking into the manual AND looking up videos on YouTube, but that didn't help either. Please help me out!
