When ordering a new copy of Radar Cantact 4.3, how long does it usually take to receive the CD? i ordered about ten days ago and have not received it as of 1/15. Has my CD been lost in the mail? Should I be concerned? Any info would be appreciated.

Please read the pinned topic "if you need help" and contact jd_at_jdtllc.com. Include information from your confirming purchase e-mail such as any order number. Use your ordering e-mail address.

 

You can also file a trouble ticket direct with the distributor AFAIK :
