using a rotary control with fsuipc

Hi

I own the x55 saitek hotas system and I would like to use the rotary switches for things like rudder and aileron trim but fsuipc does not recognise these switches

I have a registered version of Fsuipc ,but I have no idea how to get fsuipc to recognise these controls

any idea how to go about it?
