Unable to inrease/decrease display zoom

I'm new to the 737...I can increase and decrease the screen fine but at some point, the screen goes to full (1.00) and I can no longer reduce (I like to run it at .6). Is there a way to get the screen zoom to start working again?

When this happens, try just clicking on your screen somewhere with the mouse.   Happens to me sometimes.  Worth a try.
