The cabin lights for my aircrafts are always off.

 

After alot of research i found someone who posted how to do it.

 

FMC - FS ACTIONS - CABIN LIGHTS - MANUAL - Select your intensity.

 

0% they are off, at 100% they are still off.

 

I tried turning on every light knob on the aircraft, but it stays dark, is this a known issue or something new with steam?

P.S - Also sometimes my aircraft will load with no gear and no panels on, i need to either end the game or keep switching aircrafts until it resumes normality.

You seems to have the same trouble I had this weekend. If you go in the FSX SDK subfolder than core utilities, legacy interface, there is 3 older version of simconnect.msi you need to install. I also suggest you reinstall the latest simconnect.msi in the lib folder.  That should resolve your trouble.
