Just wondered if anyone has a similar issue. The Settings Controls dialogues have the New Assignment and Delete Key Assignment buttons greyed out. It doesnt seem to be possible assign new axes.

Update: I used a previously saved Controls/Standard .xml file which was already configured as required. This can be edited with an xml editor if further changes are required.
