February 6, 201511 yr G'day guys, Was just wondering if anyone knew how to update the country airfields for FSX? Am trying to simulate some cross-country flights in lieu of my instrument rating and places like Apollo Bay, Porepunkah etc. (Victoria, Aus) don't seem to exist. Is there any software available that might do this? Cheers in advance!
February 6, 201511 yr A VERY good place to start is to download the free australian OZx airfield package, you can find it here: http://aussiex.org/forum/index.php?/files/file/1825-ozx-au-complete-ozx-na-complete-ozx-libraries/ Read the manual, it's pretty well explained. Also, the ORBX scenery looks amazing for Australia, but it costs a bit. Product page: https://www.fullterrain.com/product/australia Webstore, it's at 49 australian dollars: http://www.flightsimstore.com/product_info.php?products_id=1314
