Please tell me about, why the quality of the VC is not so clear? In FSX picture was beautiful here is blurred. Can I fix it?

turn off mipmap VC panels

Mipmap turned off but still doesn't look like in FSX. Maybe you have more suggestions?

Did you use the tweaks recommended in the Introduction (note PMDG Introduction for P3D has changes from FSX).
