February 11, 201511 yr Bought the B772 and the B773 extension. After installing the validation for both failed with an error (which I won't post here for obvious reasons). I then went to PMDG main home page and logged in to my account. When I then selected "Contact Us" in order to raise a ticket I was asked to login again but this time it would not recognise my login details (same as for home page login) - I emailed support but got an email back to the effect they would not deal with my issues until I raised a ticket. Basically a vicious circle I cannot get out of. If someone from PMDG reads this, please help. After spending a reasonable amount of money I am currently unable to use the aircraft. Alternatively if another user knows how to overcome this issue I would very much appreciate the input. Thanks PS - Please disregard, problem solved, didn't realise that an additional registration separate from account has to be made.
