Cannot access product on the web page

Recommended Posts

I'm trying to purchase PrecipitFX. When I go to the web page http://fsfx.oldprop.com/, all of the links work, except the ones necessary to actually download and purchase the package. If I click on "Manage Your Account" or the red banner to download and purchase the product, an error box "Message From Web Page" pops up - except the message box contains no text, so I don't know what the error is.

I thought it might be because I am not logged in as a registered user - but I see no option to register. I assume that is done through the "Manage Your Account" link?

Using IE 10. I have no AV or firewall software running that would block access

Hi there!

We are aware of this issue, we will be making changes shortly. Meanwhile, you can access your account directly via https://secure.oldprop.com/oldprop/accountSetup/overlayPanel.ui.php

Let me know if it worked for you!

I updated to IE11, and was able to access the links and complete the purchase. The web pages also work with Safari and Chrome, but apparently there is a problem when accessing via IE10.
