Saitek yoke switches off and on

I recently replaced my saitek yoke as it was still under warranty, the reason being was because, it was randomly switching off and on within a few seconds. So i sent it away for a renewal. Few weeks into having my new saitek, tonight it switched off and on again.

 

I have disabled that power management option.

 

I'm running FSX, OS 7
