February 15, 201511 yr Hello everyone, I have an ongoing thread in the CTD forum and Jim Young has been helping me a lot and I am quite grateful for it - thanks Jim! I'm posting here to see if anyone else can help me as my problems have escalated with FSX. I have done a fresh install of the sim (FSX + Acceleration), and in my winsxs folder, I only find one simconnect folder/dll. There are then 3 manifest files that have each name of the update (60905, 61242, 61259). The folder is 61259, the most updated one. I have not installed anything from the sdk or simconnect.msi since the fresh install. After installing Ezdok, I find that it does not connect to my simulator when it loads up, but the program still loads up with the simulator. And then, while inputting my PMDG JS41 in the install, I was surprised to not be asked for the serial code, and when the plane loaded up, all displays were black and the throttle did not move at all. Does anyone here know how to fix this? Thank you all for your help.
