I did a flight from KLAS to KEDW to pratice single engine landing. I shut down starbouard engine prior to start of desent from 18K ft.  Upon touch down and after complete stop I discovered that the reverser would not return to closed position it was locked to the port engine throttle position and would follow the throttle position either forward or back but not release to closed. I checked QRH and other docs.

This is most likely an issue with your control assignments. You should try deleting and reassigning all assignments.
