    Send in a support ticket. The support website requires separate registration from the store website.

    Yes, only SP1D of the NGX includes the operations center. Make sure you follow the install guide pinned in the general forum.

    Can you exclude certain files and folders from scanning? It would be worth excluding your FSX directory and any other FSX related programs from scanning. You should be able to reinstall it by running a repair of the 777 or 737 SP1D

    No, just put initial altitude into MCP and FMC as cruise altitude and the 777 will handle the rest. So FL330 into Autopilot window and the FMC cruise altitude box.
