is it possible to fly around the world in this plane?

 

I have the free ware versions

and like the plane, I like to pretend I'm flying VIP's around and main routes would be Sydney Australia to London , to LA and New York, for example

 

would like a lay out that has a bedroom,bathroom and kitchen

for use in fsx and eventually p3d..

 

can any one help me out  would this work?
