Hi Andrew,

ALT+CRTL+SHIFT+F3 just saves the koordinates of unlocked wIndows like ALT+CRTL+SHIFT+F1.

It should hide window titles of unlocked panels and other windows like ALT+CRTL+SHIFT+F2 does for the main window.

I just reactivated the existing code for HotKeys. I am not sure I understand how it works and I don't have time to investigate at the moment. Sorry.  I will revisit once my time frees up and I have first addressed some of the crashing problems reported with 2.6.0.
