when trying to install the pmdg 777 i gets pop upp window from direx9 web setup who sais comand line option syntax error type command/? for help then i press ok and the instalation completes, without any activiton key required. then when i try the plane no buttons works and no wheels. have windows 8,1.  does someone no how to fix it or have the same problem? 

 

  

In the past I have had the activation window appear behind the FSX UI. In other words minimise FSX and see if it was behind it. If you have just reinstalled the product without a system format it will not ask you to activate as it is not required. 

 

As for your DX issue I have not a clue off the top of my head.
