I have encountered such a strange issue.

After OS clean reinstal i have  pressurisation panel looking like this

Also, the same font in IRS panel.

This happens both in SP1c an SP1d. Tried reinstalling NGX, running setup as admin - the same result. Windows UAC is disabled, sim is installed to non-default folder.

This happened to me as well. Copy the fonts from the Fonts folder within your flight simulator folder (in my case it was P3d) into your Windows\Fonts folder. That did the trick for me.
